Return Policy

All shipping fee will borne by customer.

New in items only allowed to return. The equivalent amount will be credited back by original method of payment

Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.

Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in poslaju flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.

    a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

    b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.

    c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. We will do compensate within two (2) working days.

3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

     b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.
